Sisterly Bonds
As soror members of Eta Gamma Psi Sorority, Incorporated, Gamma Ladies are held to a higher standard to be the best representation of themselves. In doing so, members are expected to not only be your sisters' keeper but, to become one with their sisters. EG-Psi depicts Matthew 7:12 with it's Zero Tolerance Rules on mistreatment of soror members, from one sister to another. We understand that we must cultivate an environment of peace and solitude where sisters are able to escape the stress and weight of the world to rejuvenate, relax, and have fun. This safe haven is also depicted by Jesus in Matthew 11:28 saying, “Come to me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” We find that it’s that rest that the Christian women are searching for; and Eta Gamma Psi provides it.
Genuine bonds are not cultivated well using the internet and social media, so we encourage members by hosting "Sister Travels" across the U.S. This allows Gamma Ladies to not only become friends, but family. Eta Gamma Psi foresights God’s purpose for the body of Christ as the organizational pillar for "Good Sisterly Code of Conduct". In Ephesians 4:11-16, Apostle Paul clarifies God’s will for our sisterhood as the foundation for sisterly bond.
